day two of the 2nd month of insanity. this month will definitely produce changes. or i’ll end up on the floor dying somewhere. either way, changes right?
Insanity Day 19. Cardio Power and Resistance. I’m noticing my form is getting a little better and I’m also pushing myself harder. I’m a little closer to being able to do a full push up as well. A regular, normal, not modified push-up. I’m beyond proud of myself! I’ve also lost 8 ounces from last week and that includes the fact that:
A.) I ate late last night because I closed at work
B.) I ate pizza! and drank soda!! as my last meal last night.
C.) I started my period yesterday and on a normal basis, I tend to gain up to 5 pounds.
All in all, I’m calling this a win for weigh in friday. I had 3 fiber packed waffles today. I dont feel bad about it. Friday I let myself eat a little more freely. Aside from the fact that tomorrow is Plyometric Cardio Circuit annnnd I work in the afternoon so I dont get a lot of rest. Going to enjoy the rest of my day off with some more Big Bang Theory and doing laundry. Actually, I might watch Devil Wears Prada instead. I could use a little more motivation.
